Return Window
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email partytunesmusic@gmail.com with your full name and order number
Include a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the item if applicable
We aim to respond to all requests within 7 business days
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags or packaging intact
We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, or altered items
Returns are not accepted for underwear, pajamas, socks, masks, or swimsuits due to hygiene reasons
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused
Refunds
If your return is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production
If your order has not yet started production, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation
Shipping Delays
If your order has not shipped within 7 business days of purchase, you may be eligible for a 10 percent refund of the product price
This does not apply if the delay is caused by incorrect address information or other changes made by the customer
